Shipping policy

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your order to be dispatched.

  • Standard Delivery Time is 5 - 7 business days (USA/UK/Canada/Australia/EU)*

Note: Christmas season is the busiest thus unexpected delays are expected in dispatching and shipping your orders.

We ship orders with FedEx, Canada Post, Australia Post, YunExpress
*Shipping time does not include processing time.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Orders can only be canceled or modified during the first 24 hours after being placed. Once 24 hours passed, any requests for cancelation/modification can be rejected. If you notice any issues with your order, or shipping address right after checkout, you should immediately contact us at cherry@luxoracosmetics.com

 

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Brushy does not hold any responsibility for orders not being delivered due to the undeliverable address provided at checkout. If an undeliverable address is provided at checkout, the order might not be delivered to the desired address and all costs will be covered by the buyer. If a customer noticed an error in the shipping address after the checkout, it is his responsibility to inform Brushly about the change in a window of 24h after an order has been placed at cherry@luxoracosmetics.com.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

 

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck or lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
